  • All Customers are entitled to a 14 day return policy upon the delivery of your order (*exclusions apply). Beyond 14 days, returns on items are not accepted. Additional costs incurred during the return process are the sole responsibility of the customer. isobelhill.com does not offer free returns so please take time when collecting your measurements and referencing the size chart to ensure you purchase the correct item to reduce the need for returns.     *Non returnable items include: Limited edition prints, cards, gift wrap, original artworks and Tattoo Permission Release forms.

  • All items are shipped from Isobel’s studio in England, UK. Please allow the following times for dispatch of your ordered items:

    • Hats Please allow up to 2-3 weeks from placing your order for hats to be handmade and dispatched

    • Framed works Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched

    • Any other items Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched

    Please note. Dispatch times are in addition to estimated shipping timeframes to your address. For orders which contain items with varient dispatch times, the dispatch time will be concurrent with the item with the largest wait time. If you would like parts of your order to arrive faster than your longer wait items, please place a separate order for these goods.

  • Shipping is available across the globe. All parcels are sent via DPD, Royal Mail or DHL from Isobel’s studio in England, UK and are tracked. Which delivery method is utilised is dependent on the items you are purchasing and your delivery destination. Larger orders may be sent as more than one parcel. We have our regular delivery options for any unframed items and a bespoke delivery process for framed items. Please see relevant information below.

    Regular Delivery The delivery price for your order will be shown at checkout and you will be updated with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. To see exact shipping costs for your order please place desired items in your cart, checkout and fill out delivery details, the shipping cost for your order will then be displayed. If you do not see your country in the drop down menu of shipping destinations please send an email to isobel@isobelhill.com with the subject line: SHIPPING COUNTRY REQUEST. Include in the body which country you would like an order shipped to and we shall see to arranging for this to be sorted. Please see below our shipping prices guide:

    Bespoke Delivery Quotations All framed items require a bespoke delivery quotation before purchase. For a quotation to your delivery location please contact us at isobel@isobelhill.com with the subject FRAMED DELIVERY QUOTATION. Please include your name, intended delivery address and the name of the work/s your are enquring about to gain an accurate quote.   • Lucky them! If you are sending your order as a gift directly to the recipient, please fill out the gift message section during checkout and we shall see to hand writing your message free of charge on one of our postcards. Don’t worry about invoices! If the gift message section is filled out we will not include any invoice paperwork within the parcel. You will still receive an email copy of your invoice

    Please note: Gift messages are only available on physical item orders over £15.00

  • Prices for items on isobelhill.com are not inclusive of any additional taxes or custom charges. For Customers outside of the United Kingdom, any potential taxes or duties incurred during the delivery of your parcel are the sole responsibility of the Customer. It is advised for any non UK Customers to contact their local customs depot for more information on these potential additional costs before purchasing.

    For hats in particular, it is recommended to take your measurement 2-3 times to ensure you have correctly measured your head.

    To get your measurement you will be measuring the circumference of your head. Place the tape measure flat around your head. Keep it level and make sure the measurement is taken horizontally through the centre of your forehead. It is recommended to do it 2-3 times to ensure you get the correct measurement.

    If you are struggling, ask someone to assist you or stand in front of a mirror so you can clearly see what you are doing. The tape measure should not be uncomfortably tight, nor should it be loose and sagging. You should be able to move, frown and tense your head whilst the measuring tape fits snug yet comfortably.

  • isobelhill.com operates on a 14 day return policy (*exclusions apply). Additional postage costs incurred during the return process are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Upon the return and approval of your item/s at Isobel’s studio, customer refunds will be issued for the full item total minus original postage and packaging costs. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be issued. Please follow the steps below for the return process.

    *Non returnable items include: Limited edition prints, cards, ‘original artworks’, ‘objects’ and/or Tattoo Permission Release Forms.

    Return process steps:
    1. Items must be unworn with all tags still attached, in original condition and you must have the original invoice for your purchase. Returns must be requested within 14 days of item delivery.


    2. Send an email to: isobel@isobelhill.com with subject line: RETURN REQUEST and your ORDER NUMBER in the body of the email. In the email please specify which item you wish to return. Please also state the colour, size and quantity of the item so this can be cross referenced with your order number. Once the return has been authorised, your return form and additional instructions on how to proceed next will be emailed back to you. You must ship your return within 7 days of receiving your return confirmation and also email isobel@isobelhill.com with the tracking information within 7 days of receiving your return confirmation email also. Beyond 7 days of receiving the return confirmation email, returns on items are not accepted.

    3. Print out the return form.



    4. Cut off and retain the return instructions.



    5. Cut out the return address label and fill in and cut out your own sender address label from the return form.



    6. Pack the item/s you have verified for return into the original packaging. See the diagram on the return form if you are unsure. 



    7. Place the remaining part of this return form and your original invoice inside the original packaging with the item/s, if your order was a gift and you do not have the physical original invoice for your order, please print out your invoice from your order confirmation email. Once all the paperwork is placed inside, seal the parcel securely.

    8. Securely attach the return address label to the front of the parcel. Attach your sender address on the reverse of the parcel.



    9. Post the parcel with TRACKED shipping. Make sure when selecting tracked shipping that the parcel is insured for the correct value of the item. Keep your tracking number and postage receipt safe in case your parcel is lost or damaged during transit. Parcels posted without tracked shipping are not insured and if lost or damaged without a tracking number, a return will not be possible and you will not be refunded. Parcels not insured for the correct item value will mean that if the parcel is lost in transit by the postal company you will not be able to correctly claim for your losses.

    

10. Once your item has been received, inspected to confirm the item is unworn, tags are still attached, item is not damaged and the original invoice and completed return form are present, you will be issued a refund for your return, minus original postage and packaging costs. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be issued.

 Refunds for returned item/s will not be issued if:

    • The item is missing or is sent back not in its original condition (should have tags still attached, un-worn, not damaged/soiled. For hats, Isobel Hill hat box must additionally be undamaged and in original condition.)

    • Your original invoice is missing.

    • Your completed return form is missing.


    If any of these points are not completed, your item refund will be refused. You will be notified of this via and email. You will then be issued a refund minus transaction fees, original postage costs, packaging costs and costs to cover any damages to items/missing items etc. These deducted fees will be calculated on an order to order basis. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be issued.

  • We do not offer exchanges, however, if you would like to change an item for another, please make a return and place an entirely new order.

  • Customers can pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal. Payments completed by credit card or debit card are processed by Stripe.

  • Care instructions on website garment product listings, instruction posters included with garments, Certificate of Authenticity’s and/or instructions featured below are advisory. Garments and artworks are handmade and/or hand screen-printed and require due care to prolong their longevity. Please see care instructions for your item on the care poster attached (for garments) or alternatively, please follow care instructions for the applicable item below:

    • Hats Gently wipe clean, only when necessary. Use a slightly damp non abrasive cloth. Do not rub. Lay flat to dry. Do not wash (hand and/or machine). Do not iron. Do not bleach. Do not wring. Do not dry clean. Do not tumble dry

    • Tote Bags Do not machine wash. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not iron

    • Hoodies Wash inside out, with similar colours at 30°c. Iron inside out on cool. Do not iron print directly. Do not rub print. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean

    • Artworks Specific care for original artworks or limited edition prints will be included within the artwork Certificate of Authenticity.
